. . . is finally here!

It's been a long week . . . and due to foot issues, has been a challenging week for getting my exercise in. But despite it all . . . I still managed to loose 5 pounds! Much more than I like to loose in a week . . . but I am not complaining.

    I am "friends" with Coach Nicole on Facebook. She too has a foot injury and the only workouts she's been able to do is bike riding (or indoor cycling). She has kept a good attitude about it -- just like you.
