now a Grandma

Wednesday, October 30, 2013

Been busy lately with the little one for the past couple of years. It is amazing that he will be two in January. Lets just say I'm a full-time grandma. I watch him most of the time while his parents work and attend college. It is fortunate I have the time to do this and the patience. Maybe its because I'm older that I have patience or that I think hes the cutest and most precious being on the planet. However, grandma needs some time to take care of herself and her health. So, where does one fit the exercise and nutrition agenda into the busy schedule? Anyone with ideas is highly appreciated. And if you comment or feel the same way I do be sure to explain anything that you might suggest.

I can't imagine that running after a two year old isn't considered exercise!!! Doing things with your grandson will keep you young and teaching him to eat right will keep both of you healthy.
