I have so many things on my mind. Just can't quit thinking about stuff. Not good stuff, either. I did take my friend to Walgreen's and I went and volunteered at NAMI for a couple hours.
I am going to write in my journal about what's on my mind. Yesterday my hand got sore from writing.
It is 54 degrees here today, but windy. Not a very pleasant night to Trick or Treat for the kids. The snow is all melted already, so that is good for the kids.

Wow, you had snow? On Halloween we just had a bit of rain. It was mild and a bit muggy here in NYC. Very quiet in our neighborhood, though. No one really stopped by.
It's good that you're doing other things, besides listening to all the STUFF in your head. You even got out of the home environment, to help stretch your mental, physical, and spiritual beings.
Oh my 54 degrees, I relish those temperatures, because I can BREATHE!!! It's just too hot for me!!! But I do have to thank God that we don't get SNOW, except every blue moon!!!
