Oct Review and New Month Goals!

Holy Moly it's Nov?!?!?! How is this possible? Dreading the snow and cold but excited for the upcoming Holidays!! My October was alot of fun!! It's my favorite month and I'm so sad to see it go but ready to start a new month!

October Goals Were:
-1500 fitness minutes-- Did over 2000!
-Lose 5lbs-- Lost 7!!
-Size 8 jeans-- Ohhh yeaaahh!!! That was an exciting day!
-Better calorie wise on weekends- Did okay on this-def not as bad as sept! haha

Ok! November Goals are:

--1800 fitness minutes
--Lose 5lbs
--Change up exercise-starting to get bored
--Eat out less- better for calories and my wallet
--ENJOY Thanksgiving...but not the whole week! haha So much delish food! On the actual holiday I'm allowing myself to not count calories BUT it's not going to be a binge fest!

That's all I can think of right now--I'm looking forward to reaching these goals!! Kinda hoping to be in a size 6 but end of Nov/Beg of Dec...a girl can dream!! LOL
