blood work up is back

Well, the lab results I had drawn on Wednesday are back. I got a call from the nurse and she said my sodium is low again like when I was in the hospital. Now I am drinking too much water. I just can't hit a happy medium!! Now I need to cut back on water and add extra salt to my diet. The results of low sodium could be headaches, seizures, restlessness, confusion and weakness. I told my friend/neighbor as she is the closest one...right next door, in case something happens.

I got my Depakote level back, but didn't hear from my psychiatrist yet. Hopefully it is okay. I will call him on Monday.

Had a session with my therapist. We are going way back to when I was 3 years old and doing trauma work. This is really hard work!! I will be seeing him weekly starting mid-November.

Hope everyone has a great Friday and a restful weekend. I know I need to regroup after the week I have had.
