blood work up is back

Friday, November 01, 2013

Well, the lab results I had drawn on Wednesday are back. I got a call from the nurse and she said my sodium is low again like when I was in the hospital. Now I am drinking too much water. I just can't hit a happy medium!! Now I need to cut back on water and add extra salt to my diet. The results of low sodium could be headaches, seizures, restlessness, confusion and weakness. I told my friend/neighbor as she is the closest one...right next door, in case something happens.

I got my Depakote level back, but didn't hear from my psychiatrist yet. Hopefully it is okay. I will call him on Monday.

Had a session with my therapist. We are going way back to when I was 3 years old and doing trauma work. This is really hard work!! I will be seeing him weekly starting mid-November.

Hope everyone has a great Friday and a restful weekend. I know I need to regroup after the week I have had.

    Angie,

It's good that you have a person who has your back, in case something happens. Your friend is a God Send to you!

I know that it can be painful and hard, working through your life, but it's something that you need to do. If you don't learn to embrace your whole self, there will always be something missing. Well, at least, that's the way it was with me.

Have yourself a restful weekend, also!

    Be blessed,
