Weeks 5, 6, & 7 Progress

So weeks 5 & 6 did pretty well and lost weight. Week 6 got down to 189 lbs., but this week (Week 7) gained 1 lb. which put me back at 190 lbs. It was rough due to it being Halloween Week and so many treats at work. It taught me that I need to be stronger during the Holiday Seasons and resist otherwise I go overboard. Once I start it is so hard to stop. So Week 8 will be a week of more determination to eat healthy and kick it in high gear once again with exercise. Had an off week, but not gonna let that slow me down but gonna push hard this coming week. Week 7 I also slacked off on exercise, sleeping in more often in the morning by pushing the snooze button. Was struggling getting up due to the darkness and coldness. I need to work through it and just get out of bed. I am not gonna let depression kick in this winter season like usual, but need to keep pushing forward. I CAN and WILL beat the winter blues!!!
