Good weeks. Food is no longer a serious focus for hunger or comfort. I have worked more on the house, pushed past depression and feel pretty good about me right now. Size 16 is loose now and most 14's fit. I am seeing visible changes in how my abdomen and chest looks.
The largest help by far was giving up diet sodas. It seems they were a key in stopping the swelling cycles...now I am not picking up the heavy water weight throughout the day. I have also added much more greens to my life in the form of celery, fresh spinaches, etc.
Now to begin toning and exercising. at 193 I know I can get down 8 more in a month!
