A New Week...

It is a new week. I keep waking up at night with night sweats. Usually it is because it is too hot in my apartment. Well, it isn't too hot as I have turned my heat down...I think my comforter is too heavy. I am thinking of changing to a blanket to see how I do. I just can't find a happy medium. I may have to start running the fan at night.

This is at 68 degrees. I don't really want to turn it down too much more than that. I have hot water heat. Usually 68 is just right. Maybe I will try 67 tonight.

My friend and I are going out to visit teach a couple ladies this afternoon. I better get the lesson done!

    I always turn the temp down to 64 to sleep. Find that's best for me and I make sure to stay under the covers. lol Hope you find something that works for you so you can get a good night's sleep.

    I always sweat like a bad boy, that what ever color my night gowns were, they bled on to the sheets. I just recently bought a Beauty Rest bed, and it keeps the temperature down in the bed, where as other beds hold the HEAT! I even bought a mattress pad that also keeps your body heat down. Now, I don't sweat in the bed, and its' so GREAT!!!

    I've been breaking out into a sweat lately as well. I don't know what it is. Then, I take off the comforter and I'm sneezing. Crazy! LOL.
