I've been stuck for 3-4 weeks. I've been doing Leslie Sansone's walk plan for 6 weeks & following a check off sheet from Jonathan (FlyLady's friend) for the same 6 weeks. I have noticed some change, but I wanted faster results (don't we all!).
I am looking forward to the Spark Coach's help for the next few weeks. I should finish the week before Christmas.
My goal is to get to 123 pounds by Christmas. I track my weight every day & average on Sat. Last week's was 128.3 (for the last 6 days, average is 128.5)

    For once chance your workout schedule, eg. change the time of walking or add a little bit more of time, that make changes, drink more water.
