I just learned from a Spark Video that to LOSE weight, you need 60-90 mins of exercise EVERY day! I'd been told 30 mins for "good health". I guess those aren't the same thing
The video did say that extra, non traditional things can count towards those mins (like taking the stairs, parking farther away, ect). Jonathan Roche (Fly Lady's friend) calls them "random acts of fitness". My goal has been to get 3 of those in each day, along with 30,45,60 min of Walk Away the pounds each day. I think I'm going to have to UP my WAP & increase RAF to 5!
