Progress Photos: BEFORE

Anyone that's read my blog before knows I'm a HUGE advocate for progress phots. Like many others, I've done this weight loss thing before. I've gotten pretty close to my goal, then slowly went back to my old ways and eventually gained all of the weight I loss back + more. I remember is going to the gym 5 days a week and eating well but not seeing the physical results when I stared in the mirror. I remember being discouraged and wanting to quit thinking what I was doing wasn't working. . . until. . . I snapped some photos of my journey and looked back at them. Progress photos are truly SOOOO helpful. So with that in mind I'm going to post a few progress photos of my own. I hope to look back at these in a few months and look completely different. I'm going to go from a gut ----> abs :)
