I've meant to post a blog every day of this Plateau Busting challenge. Oh well
Today, I learned about upping your fitness time and intensity to break thru the plateau. I had been trying to challenge myself before I started the challenge. Today, I made my workout plan for the month of December. I learned this from Leslie Sansone. She tweeted out a walk plan for Oct & Nov. This helps me so much because I don't have to think about what to do each day. And I can see at a glance that things are balanced. I need something on paper to stay on track!
