Have a happy and Healthy Thanksgiving !!

I am so thankful for all my blessings ! Most of all I'm thankful that I have learned how to eat healthy!! I'm still not always perfect and have had a few binges this year but they are fewer and far between ! I'm trying new healthy foods to keep from getting bored!! I'm planning on a healthier thanksgiving !! Trimming down how much I cook and also substituting healthier stuff!! My menu this year

Baked turkey
Green bean casserole with 98% ff cream of mushroom
Sweet potato casserole with fruit and little bit of pecans (this will be my dessert) small serving
Rice dressing ( I will only have a small serving)
Cauliflower bread sticks!
Adding a lot more veggies n fruit this year!!
