Today's first coach's exercise was to envision 5 things I want in my life. After a little thinking, I came up with the following - flat stomach, hold weight steady at 115, bills paid off, plenty of spending money to go out to eat whenever I want, go to Disney on a family vacation.
Probably not anyone else's list, but it mine, at least right now. I just wanted this down, so I could review at a later date.
I guess, as a Christian, I should have put some spiritual items on the list. Spiritually, I would love to read the Bible thru in chronological order, pray more, begin to fast, listen to more Christian music. Only 4 but its a start. I guess a jump start on the New Year's resolutions coming up in a few weeks!

    Wanting to lose weight is always a thought, but its so hard when you have to put a plan in motion. Now weighing in at 290 lbs I'm truely scared of gaining more weight. I am mostly sedatary all day because its so hard to just get started to get up and get fit but I want to try things and need encouragment emoticon
