What a difference a day makes. I walked 3 miles (12 laps) at the track last night and even attempted to run. It was rather warm so I didn't push myself as hard as I wanted, but it was great. It felt so good. I had to sing to myself since I discovered my Ipod needed charged. I worked up quite the sweat and then came home and took Lucy for a 15 minute walk. Then I did some housework and laundry. To top it off I had only 1-1/2 Miller lites. This morning I hopped on the scale and I was doing the happy dance. 141! It won't be long (knock on wood) and I will break out of the 140's. Oh happy day!
