Angie - You know that breading and potatoes are great if they are figured into your range for the day...
Potatoes are an excellent source of potassium, something that most of us don't get enough of. As for the breading, it is usually the deep fat frying that goes with it that adds the calories.
I'm sure that you know all of this, and Spark tells us no foods are off limits, it's all in the portion control.

Angie, sounds yummy to me. You can use very little breading and it works fine. Also, potatoes get a bum rap. I like to slice them, put a little olive oil and seasoning and roast them in the oven. My family loves them that way and you don't need butter or anything else.
