4 Week Post-Op Down 35.9lbs

4 week update. Pulled at another internal stitch but i'm going to be okay. Just got my Spanx in the mail adn hopefully they will give me the compression I need.

    You look good! The weight loss shows in how much loose your shirt looks. Congrats on the weightloss! I hope you continue to persevere so you get to reach your goal weight. I can't imagine the pain you must be going through, so I'll be praying you go through a quick recovery.

    Wow!!! That's great. Did they give you a binder? Velcro around the waist/back thing? I had 2 hernias and a tummy tuck done at the end of August and I had a binder that I wore 24 hours a day. I could not have gotten into Spanx 4 weeks after surgery!!! I'm 3 months out and it hurts the hernia repairs to get into the high waisted smoothers and they are not Spanx brand. Good luck!!!
