" MY GOALS FOR DECEMBER" (WEEK #1 OF A & I ) SHIMMERING SNOWFLAKES

I was able to reach a few of my goals which I wanted to in November:
1. I lost 2 pounds of the 7 I had gained.

2. I have gone back to working out--only not as much as I wish I could because it has been so terribly cold this past week.

3. I felt like I learned by the mistakes I made, and trying to learn more. Others have helped so much when I was able to reach out. I think that is the hardest thing of all, to be able to admit that I cannot do it alone, and need help. But I am getting better, because I am realizing I cannot do it by myself.
Those are a few goals I worked on, and some I will still have to work on. I am hoping that with the Holidays that I do not get overwhelmed with everything going on. It is coming so fast, and I can only hope for the best. I hope I can do what I can, and not expect anything more. (that will be a hard one to achieve--I will do my best)
I also hope I can continue to reach out to others when I need some help, whether it be something big or small. I hope to continue to work on all of these things--some more than others.
