SP is helping me help myself and achieve my goals. You know how I can tell? I am losing weight (6 lbs. in 2.5 weeks), enjoying this new way of life and I feel in control. After another good day of eating, exercising and very little alcohol, I lost yet another pound. Please keep in my that before SP, I couldn't even pay to lose one single pound. The thing of it is, all of this seems rather effortless and natural. Duh! This is just simple, no non-sense everyday living. There are no magic pills nor any special foods that you need to eat. its just watching what you eat and how much. Sp also teaches you easily what foods are appropriate by the food tracking tool. It is interesting to watch the cals, fats, carbs, etc., add up as you track. I use it as a guage as what I need to eat or drink for the rest of the day. Love it!
