I was not losing as much weight as I would have liked over the last six weeks, even though I stuck to the plan, but I was noticing that my clothes were getting pretty loose. Couldn't figure that one out right away, but this morning when i put on my tight jeans they were baggy. So I'm thinking wait a minute! I took off my clothes and grabbed the tape measure. To my surprise I have lost 2 inches off my waist and an inch off of each thigh!!! Hallelujah!!!! What a pleasant surprise, so now the goal is to keep moving in the right direction. I am a little tired today, so I'm going to make a green tea smoothie to keep me energized cause I need to clean up this house!!!!
I want to thank everyone as you all have supported me in my goals by posting great stories and information (especially the weekend challenges). This stuff really works, it may sound weird because I don't have much weight to lose but it doesn't really matter how much. I really have a problem trying to discipline myself and staying focused. It's not over yet, and I am not claiming victory as of yet but I am getting over the hump.
