2014 goals

New Year's plan: really it's NOT different than what i try to commit each time which is:
1) tracking, staying in range and focus on 5+ freggies a day
2) ST 3x week
3) cardio 5x week

My downfall is travel and that will be starting up again so if I can try to be better during those times i'd be golden.
