2014 Goals

Nutrition:
1. Eat at east 4 servings of vegetables a day and 2 servings of fruit
2. Have at least one daily green juice or smoothie
3. Drink a gallon of water a day
4. Ditch the soda except for the occasional treat when eating out
5. limit alcohol to special occasions (no more nightly wine)
6. Ditch the sugar except for special occasions (birthdays, holidays)

Fitness:
1. Exercise is part of my daily life, it will not be skipped
2. Continue getting up early to exercise
3. Continue with my lifting program...challenge myself with more weight and reps
4. Do HIT or Crossfit three times a week
5. Start running again and work back up to 10 miles straight
6. Include the boys in fun exercise

Others:
1. Spend money more wisely
2. Spend more time reading with the kids (daily)
3. Laugh more
4. Play more board games with the kids
5. Stay ontop of the laundry
6. Let the boys cook more, even if it takes me longer to get dinner on the table
7. Wear my hair down more often



Some of these I am already doing and want to continue, some are new. I may add to this list as I think of things.

    Hey there! I've been absent a LONG time, I know. How ARE you? I'm glad to see some of my old SP friends are still around...

    Love your goals. I'm not sure I want to actually put anything into writing, except maybe read more, laugh more. One should surely be: complain LESS!

    I do at home crossfit workouts. They are hard, but I would love to try an official one at a gym. Problem is I live in a pretty rural area.

    They just put a Crossfit in here, but I don't know much about it. Is it something you have done for awhile?
