It's been quite some time since I've shared any of my weight maintaining shenanegans on Spark People. On my profile, I state I've been maintaining since 2007...um, I've gone well beyond the point of maintaining to simple weight gaining. I finally broke down and bought pants this week which are 2 sizes larger than the pants I've been squeezing and cajoling my booty into for the past several years.

I just looked at my weight log (which I keep so that I don't fret over little fluctuation, but can see the big picture)...and the last time I was in my "range" of comfortable weight was Nov of 2010...I'm now 20 pounds over goal and 15 over my comfy range. That on my petite 4 foot 11 in frame is quite a difference. I'm not consistent with exercise and my eating has not been too bad, but I'm betting if I track, I'm eating more than I think.

I've been sporadically tracking food and exercise. I ran on the treadmill this AM. I've tracked my food. And I'm going to wear my new jeans (as opposed to sweat pants) so I can feel not frumpy. I'm sure with my hubby's support, he and I BOTH will get back to where we are healthiest. Just need to publicly get it out there that I'm re-committing....again ;)
