I have been loving the reminders coming to my calendar from 30 Days of Fit Food. Today's little reminder was awesome . . .
I am one of those people who cannot sit idly by and wait for healthy habits to come along to me. Knowing that is a blessing. Admitting that is never easy. Living that day to day is hard work for me . . . maybe not for others.
Today's challenge was to track your food BEFORE you eat. So as I write this, I am about to track some food and hopefully stick to the plan.
