New Year New Attitude!

So today is my official first day back. I have been lurking for a few days but I started my exercise and diet today. I also took all of my measurement. sniff sniff and sadly that are alot more inches than this time last year.

This morning I started off slowly with 15 minutes of upper body strength training and 15 minutes of cardio. Tonight I want to do more but have a cubscout meeting so not sure if I will fit it in. My blood sugar was still high but hopefully I will see a decline in the next few days with eating right. I have blood work next week so I want toget it down by then. Not sure if it is possbile but I will try.

Tomorrow I am going to try and get in 45 minutes of exercise and I tonight I will try to get to bed around 10 so I can get 8 hours of sleep before exercising. I never get 8 hours and normally only get 6 to 7. So far to day I have drank 3 cups of water so far so Yah! It is not even lunch time and I have drank more this morning than I normally do all day.
