Now comes the Trial

So I have been good for the past few days eatting good and exercising a little at a time. Now comes the trial because the weekends are the toughest for me. I travel to visit my Grandmother every Sunday and someone else prepares the food every other week. Hopefully I can stay in my calories range this Sunday I don't want to slide so early in the year. Maybe we will get snow and I will not have to travel and can just hang at my house. My plans tomorrow is make a big pot of beef and barley soup and have that most of the weekend. I do love soup though my husband does not care for "Anything with water added". He is a meat and potatoes type person. I say forget the sandwich and just give me a bowl of soup and I am happy. Expecially in the winter.

So far so good this year I have eatten in my calories range on the low end every day and exercised though I need to up the amount I exercise. I was killing it last year exercising up to 10 hours a week from January - May and now I am getting 20 to 30 minutes in if I am lucky. So my goal tonight is get in another 15 minutes. Sadly I did 15 minutes of upper body workout with hand weight and I feel like I was beat up today. SOOOO sad to be this out of shape. Hopefully it won't take to long to get back into the swing of things.

    Mmmm, I love soup, too. I also have a hard time adjusting to my husband's appetite since he's lactose intolerance. Drives me crazy! Good for you on getting your exercise. I still need to get it in somehow.
