I survived my first 2014 weekend

Normally the weekends are hard for me to stay on track escpecially Sundays when I travel to visit family. Yesterday I managed to get in 30 minutes of exercise and then I stayed in my calorie range all day. YAHHH! So happy! However I could not drag myself out of bed this morning to exercise and I have such a busy day I am not sure I will get in much. I guess I will have to settle for only 15 minutes of circuit training today.
