Back on track

Well I have decided I need to get back on track with spark and my goal to become fit. It is a real challenge for me, but thankfully I have a great bunch of people to motivate me, all my spark friends and my family. I had a real wake up call when I saw my cardiologist yesterday, he has started me on some meds for my blood pressure. A low dose for now. He wants me to lose some weight and I see him in July. If I succeed in bringing down my bp he won't have to increase the dosage and maybe I won't need meds at all. I am going to give it my best shot.

    You can do it and if you want to come over and exercise you are more than welcome.Just remember one small step at a time. You only need to do 10 min. a day to start.
