Week 1 of 12 Week Challenge

I set goals for the first quarter of the year in the form of a challenge for myself:
Lose 10% of my weight in 12 weeks.
Losing that 10% has many smaller goals tied in, but it is less than 2 pounds per week and should be doable if I want it badly enough!
Here are my resluts for week 1:
1/8 172.8 (-.6)
did a plank every day (282)
40 push ups
Bottom line: I didn't try very hard and was happy for a small loss. Being "iced in" with kids home from school seemed to be a good excuse to eat comfort foods, eat from boredom, sit around, etc etc. That is NOT the attitude that will help me make my goal!
My weight goal for next week:170.6 will get me back on track.
