Exercising with the family. 1/7/14

I've lost 3 lbs since 1/1/14. The family meals and bagged lunches are going really well. I'm more satisfied at meals. I am telling myself to get determined to keep my goals over the weekend. My family is exercising with me. I think exercising together makes me feel more "present" with my kids and husband. Yay!
