My 2014 Goals

My Goals for January:
Exercise at least 5 days a week
Stay on the low side of my calorie range 5 days a week and 2 on the high end
Drink my water
Cut my carbs (sugar)
Lose 4 more pounds and get down to 221
Sleep 7 to 8 hours a night. Trying for 8 a night!

Weight Loss Goals
221 by the end of January
217 by the End of February
212 by the end of March
207 by the end of April
202 by the End of May
196 by the End of June
190 by the end of July
185 by the End of August
180 by the End of September
178 by OCtober 9

I will Start off with the following Plan:
Exercise 30 minutes of day 5 times a week (January)
Exercise 30 minutes cardio 5 days and add in 3 (10 Minutes strength) sessions (February)
Build up to 45 minutes a day 5 times a week & 3 (10 Miniute Stregnth) (March/April)
Build up to 45 minutes a day 6 days a week & 3 10 minutes Strength) (May/June)
Build up to 60 minutes a day 5 times a week and one 30 minutes day (July on)

Go from a size 20 to a size 14 by th end of the year (if not smaller)

    I like that you are not just stating you will stay within your range, but that you will stay at the lower end for most of the week. Very specific.
