I love my flexible goals!

I've given myself more flexibility with my goals this time around, and I feel like it's making a big difference. Because I'm not going into my guilt cycle. For instance, I gave myself room to exercise anywhere from 40-60 minutes. If I get a day here or there that something comes up and I get less, I'm not worrying too much.
I'm not focusing on my numbers as much and very much focusing on health and how my body feels.
Right now I feel a lot more flexible than I did last month. I also feel like I'm breathing easier and my clothes are looser.
And I'm eating really really nutritiously and focusing on a satisfying diet with lots of veggies, fruits, whole grains (I add a lot of flaxseed), fish, and nuts. When I eat this way, I find it easier to stay within my calories, but I'm also not freaking out if I'm a bit over. I'm cooking more and I like my food.
