I started on my new healthy stronger journey on December 27, 2013 and I have not looked back. I've joined a Fit Camp 3 days a week to kick start my program. After attending my first class, I managed to drag myself home and my husband asked, "how was it" I replied, " She tried to KILL me". He thought I was joking, I was not. I also walk 5 miles a day 3-4 times a week on the days I don't have Fit Camp. I have worked out 13 out of 15 days since the start. This is proving to work for me along with living a very healthy low carb lifestyle. emoticon
