No really, I'm back

So I had to take a break. I'm sure this is not going to be a perfect journey. It never is for me. As long as I keep plugging away at it I'm happy. Seems like not logging my foods has kept me up and down stuck at the same 5 pounds. I can't say I'm 100% there with logging but I'm going to try to be 99%. A day here or there as long as I know my meal/snack choices are good ones are a lot less worrisome than being a great food logger and finding out that my food choices have been less than stellar. So I'm back - again. I'm running now, that's new. I'm up to 2.25 miles consistently, but have achieved 2.5 miles. I'm SLOW but I'm running, or at least what my body thinks of as a run. I've got a 5k picked out that I am trying to shoot for. It's going to be great!
