Jumpstart Challenge

I have been needing to add strength training to my routine for a while now but *gah* I don't wanna! I joined up the Jan. jumpstart ( on the 4th) and have been faithfully doing a video a day- lo and behold it has not yet killed me AND I enjoyed a 2 pound loss this week, breaking my gain 1/lose 1/maintain cycle of frustration. Can't say I enjoy training my core and swinging weights around but I like what the scale is saying today so I need to keep it up.
