HOTMAIL

Does anybody else use "HOTMAIL" for email? I have several email addresses & I use my "hotmail" address the most. Recently, people send me emails & they get returned to them with a message that they can't be delivered, along w/a LOT of "mumbo jumbo".
I don't seem to have a problem SENDING email; but no one can REPLY to it.

Just more craziness......; so, if anybody knows a way I can CONTACT "HOTMAIL"; please let me know.
