Idle Hands.

Thursday, January 16, 2014

I've joined the "Lose 1lb a week til 29/3/14" challenge.

Last week I gained 0.25lbs emoticon
So while not feeling well, to give myself encouragement I made myself a spreadsheet. It has weekly dates up until September (when I go on my holiday)
It also has 3 different weights by each date.
1: What I would be with a 1lb loss
2: What I would be with a 1.5lb loss
3:What I would be with a 2lb loss
The next column will have my actual weight.
If I lose 2lb a week I will reach my target weight emoticon 6 weeks before my holiday, an ideal time to go clothes shopping. I know this is a lot to expect but it gives me an incentive to keep going emoticon

Hey Christine! I don't want to discourage you at all but inform you -- I've that weird bug and showed 3lb up on the scale this week! emoticon

Don't let that scare you, as I know for sure that it's not from anything I've eaten. It's either fluid from this virus or muscle, as I've been exercising my brains out and still eating well. Just so know..... emoticon
