I've joined the "Lose 1lb a week til 29/3/14" challenge.
Last week I gained 0.25lbs
So while not feeling well, to give myself encouragement I made myself a spreadsheet. It has weekly dates up until September (when I go on my holiday)
It also has 3 different weights by each date.
1: What I would be with a 1lb loss
2: What I would be with a 1.5lb loss
3:What I would be with a 2lb loss
The next column will have my actual weight.
If I lose 2lb a week I will reach my target weight
6 weeks before my holiday, an ideal time to go clothes shopping. I know this is a lot to expect but it gives me an incentive to keep going
