Weekend Challenge Week 1

This weekend we were asked to pick something that was holding us back from reaching our goal. My thing would be my food. I have a hard time eating enough freggies and I love salty food. So I plan on working on that this weekend.
1. Lose 10 pounds
2. Get back into my size 8 jeans
3. Eat at least 3 freggies a day ( 4 this weekend )
4. Drink 8 glasses of water daily
5. Keep stress at a minimum
