Weekend Challenge Week 1

This weekend we were asked to pick something that was holding us back from reaching our goal. My thing would be my food. I have a hard time eating enough freggies and I love salty food. So I plan on working on that this weekend.

S.M.A.R.T. Goals

1. Lose 10 pounds

2. Get back into my size 8 jeans

3. Eat at least 3 freggies a day ( 4 this weekend )

4. Drink 8 glasses of water daily

5. Keep stress at a minimum

    Good for you and way to go! I like salty food in the morning and sweet in the afternoon. It's a battle every day, but I find as long as I'm prepared with food to eat I am good. Hope everything went well with the move today. Talk to you soon! Hugz!

    Good luck and just keep your momentum going! Stress can hit us both in what we eat, how we eat and how our body metablizes the food. I go into a monster trance under stress, so my judgement is impaired. My exercise is less and I am not focused. So Ditto for me! I do eat a lot of vegetables but I also love nuts and that is my kicker! emoticon
