My Smart Goals

I have been struggling with the same 10 pounds for a while now, and I'm determined to lose them during the next 12 weeks.
So I plan to eat more protein, and less snacks. I know I won't eliminate all snacks(chocolate) from my diet, so I will limit them to 2 or 3 per day. I will not eat snacks after 8 p. m.
I will do cardio a minimum of 20 minutes per day 5 days per week. I will add strength training 3 times per week.
All of these goals are attainable. I plan to be a size smaller for Easter!!!!
