MY SMART GOALS FOR BLC24 2014 FOR 2014 WILL BE TO STAY MORE ACTIVE AND BE ABLE TO WALK A 5K BY DECEMBER 31, MY SHORT TIME GOAL IS TO BE ABLE TO WALK A MILE IN 30 MINUTES BY THE END OF BLC24., TO PLAY GOLF 2 TIMES A WEEK STARTING IN MARCH(I AM A FAIR WEATHER GOLFER!)I PLAN TO USE A SPARKPEOPLE COUCH TO 5K PLAN AS MY GUIDE. MY REWARD WILL BE A TRIP TO THE BEACH IN GALVESTON TX WITH A ROUND OF GOLF AT THEIR PUBLIC GOLF COURSE.
I WILL MAKE MY CALORIES COUNT BY PLANNING WEEKLY MENUS AND STAYING IN MY CALORIE RANGE. MY REWARD WILL BE A NEW SET OF COOKWARE.
I WILL ADJUST MY ATTITUDE BY KEEPING A DAILY (NON-FOOD)JOURNAL FOR REFLECTION AND INSPIRATION. MY REWARD WILL BE A TRIP TO A DAY SPA.
I WILL TAKE TIME FOR ME AT THE END OF EACH DAY TO RECHARGE MY BATTERIES, KEEP MY DREAMS IN FOCUS AND THANK THE LORD FOR THE BEAUTIFUL DAY HE HAS GIVEN ME.
