Feeling guilty and weak for eating crap fried food every day at work.

    The first step to change is admitting that there is a problem.

    You know that eating it makes you feel guilty, so you know that you want to eat better foods. Make small changes to lessen that guilt. Maybe try packing a healthy lunch or a snack a few nights a week for the next day, that way even if you do eat a bit of junk at work, you'll be less hungry when you are presented with that choice.
