Getting back in the groove slowly

Yesterday I wore my Activity Tracker and met 90% of my daily goal. I set my goal low and plan to increase it incrementally after I reach my goal and maintain it for several days.

I was on the treadmill for 5 minutes--not a lot but more than I have been doing in the past. I will work up slowly to 10 minutes.
