I think I am finally making some progress. I do need to get more exercise, it has been hard with the weather because my main exercise is usually walking, but I think I have made progress with my eating. I am getting full faster and my body couldn't eat anymore if I wanted it to. Also, on the weekend I had a diet soda and it left a bitter taste in my mouth, I couldn't even finish it. My body seems to be adjusting to the healthier lifestyle and I am feeling better as well. Spark is a real motivator for me as well as all the people on here sharing their stories. I am feeling very positive. Thanks Spark people!
