SPARK FRIENDS
Let me talk about one trick that I discover to fight my late night cravings, or any other time cravings.
Before starting SP, I was a person who liked to eat huge portions of food at every meal. Unfortunately I am still craving big portions. It is very hard for me to limit my portions to fit in my calorie range. I think that this is going to be one goal in the future. Right now, I am still working on getting the most amount of food for less calories. .

About a week ago, I had some grapes that needed to be consumed, but nobody in my house ate them. What could I do with them? I hate to waste food. I decided to wash them, dry them, and freeze them to use them in my green smoothies.
The other day, I was craving something to eat. Digging in the freezer, I found the grapes. I decided to eat them as a late night snack. Because they were frozen, I had to eat them veeeery slowly and was forced to savor each of them. This nutritious snack with little calorie content, was delicious, and kept me busy eating for a long time.

The success of this snack made me think about different fruits. Among other chunks of fruits that I have in the freezer for the smoothies, I have oranges and tangerines peeled and in segments. I decided to try some when I was hungry. It worked like a charm.
I am very glad that I found a new tool to help me reach my weight goal. Now, my arsenal has a big bowl of air popped popcorn, when I need volume, and frozen fruits, when I want to spend time eating.
