I know I've had a good workout when I get really sweaty, and spend at least an hour at a time, and do a variety of exercises, both cardio and strength. I feel amazing after a great workout like that.

    Isn't it great?! I used to hate the thought of getting sweaty...but now to know that I'm working my way to a healthier me... I'll gladly sweat like a pig!
