Weight Loss Journey 2014.
My biggest goal this year is to NOT gain the weight back like I have been doing every single year for the past four years straight, I plan on staying under 140 lbs all through the year... I have never ever lost weight and kept if off (I have lost and gained the same 15-30 lbs six or seven times, I have lost and gained weight so many times that I don't even know) So this year I am going to really, really try to not delude myself into gaining 15-20 lbs by December, Gah, I hope I can do this.
