Lost myself since the beginning of the year

Hi I lost track of me since the beginning of this year. Been going through a lot of things with going to doctors and finding out that on top of my back problems, I have OA in my knee and bone spurs in my left knee.
I been facing a lot of stress, dealing with my second daughter. She decided to move out in the middle of the night and only take what she could easily put in one suitcase, and move to her bf's which we got told is homeless. Plus she changes bf's at least once every 1 to 2 months.
I collapsed at my son's wedding on Jan 4th, while I was dancing with my 3 yr old grandson. after that is when I found out about my knee problem.
My oldest daughter that lives in WA state and I are making a goal to lose 20 lbs by May 26th to help both her and I to have better health. So I asked the dr what I can do and he said to walk, and very low impact aerobics to not put pressure on my knees/back, aqua exercises(I can not afford).
I decided with my health issues, (OA, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and stress) I am going to have a notebook with me and take notes throughout the day every day to keep track of my intake(food), and output (exercise) along with blood test, bp, and stress levels.
Need a drastic changes in my life.
