5,000 daily steps minimum on fitbit. I plan on increasing to 7,500 in March if I remain steady through February. I will complete 30 fitness minutes per day as part of the 5,000 steps because I am taking part in a virtual walk across Alaska with my Four Season Challenge team. Should be fun.
2nd goal is to maintain daily yoga. I am loving it!
Looking forward to February. It will be a busy month. We are planning a trip to New Orleans to visit family and take some school tours for DS. We plan to move this spring, and we have to be ahead of the curve in finding DS a good school. We have quite a few options for good schools, so I am hopeful. Just have to take it one day at a time and not get stressed out by paperwork.
