1) Drink 100 oz water daily
2) 30 minutes intentional cardio daily
3) 10,000 steps daily
4) 15 minutes daily to declutter or deep clean an area of my apartment
5) Prepare all of my meals at home: plan them out in advance and pack them for work
6) Track all of my food on Spark
7) Lose 2 pounds per week: An 8 pound loss will take me under 300 pounds.
I am going back to basics to get results this month. Tracking keeps me accountable. When I don't track, I don't see results. Dig Deep!
