Giving Up!

WOW! When I first started Sparkpeople in 2012 I thought I'd never be saying the words "Starting Over"!!! I looked at that as such a negative thing, but I'm trying to forgive myself for losing my way and trying to look at the words "starting over" in a different light.

Starting Over is a whole lot better than Giving Up! If you've been struggling like me, let's make a pact! Each day is a victory if I can do at least one good thing for myself! Try each day to do just a little better than the day before, and NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP!!!

    You are so right; starting over is so much better than giving up! We are all so supportive of each other when we stumble; we need to be just as supportive of and kind to ourselves as we are to each other.
